What does account management
involve?
I'm responsible to an account director in the agency for the
marketing strategy on a client's account and I manage the
creative process, working between the client and our creative
department. We act as an external marketing department for
many of our clients so I get very involved in the whole marketing
process. My job is to make sure that the end advertising meets
the original brief and that our clients get the best value
for their money.
