Interview with Jamie Morton, games designer Age: 25, Comes
from: Rotherham.
How did you get to be
a level designer?
A games tester- dream
job?
So how did you move up
from testing?
But with all the
software to help you, is art that important?
Who actually invents the
games?
And what do you like
most about your job?
Being creative. You have this vision in your mind and then
you might research it through pictures, books, photographs
and gradually you create that vision on screen. It's great.
Then the game comes out and people like it and are talking
about it and you had a part to play in it and it's just a
very good feeling.
Are the financial rewards
good too?
What about the not so
good bits?
So what's the advice
Last thing. When you wake
up in the mornings, do you look forward to work?
