Interview with Simon Tegala, sculptor Age 27, comes from
London
How important is what
you do to you?
What are you working on
at the moment?
Did you always want to
be an artist?
But you did go to art
school?
What was your degree like?
It gave students the opportunity to play with lots of different
forms of art and I played with everything. I still do. You
had to be highly self-motivated to work for your degree there
and it really sorted out who wanted to work in art when they
came out and who didn't.
What happened then?
Were you immediately established
as a sculptor?
Do you still have to do
other work?
So obviously you do look
forward to work every day?
