Florence Torrens, Executive Fashion Editor Age: '30ish',
Comes from: Belfast
What does the job involve?
Overseeing all aspects of fashion for the magazine. This includes
co-ordinating budgets, arranging fashion shoots and trips
to fashion shows both in the UK and abroad and dealing with
PR contacts. I do some writing but I'm more of a jack of all
trades. One day I could be calling in clothes for a fashion
shoot, the next attending a show in Milan.
Have you always been interested
in fashion?
Why did you take a degree
in law?
So how did you get into fashion?
So now do you get to go to
all the fashion shows and to travel the world?
What about other rewards
- lots of free clothes?
What's your advice
And any tips for actually
getting a job?
Last question, when you wake
up in the mornings do you look forward to work?
