Interview with Freia Turland, photographer. Age 25. Comes
from Cheltenham.
What does your job involve?
What's a normal day like?
Did you always want to be
a press photographer?
How did you get into the press?
Which aspects do you like
the most?
Anything you don't like?
Well, when you're standing on a football touchline for an
hour and a half in the pouring rain on a Saturday afternoon,
you do sometimes wonder what you're doing! And the hours can
be long but I don't really mind, it's all worth it.
What about the financial rewards?
Any advice for aspiring press
photographers?
Do you look forward to work
every day?
